Our simple membership terms

By completing this form you are applying to Insurance For Local Media for insurance for the local people including fixers/ stringers and similar people you are employing on a daily basis for a charge of just $7.50 per day for up to $100,000 cover.

The insurance policy is in two sections, these are:

1. Accidental death and disablement.
2. Accident medical expenses including emergency medical evacuation from the point of an incident to a care facility and repatriation home when necessary.*
*Accident medical claims are subject to a $250 deductible for every claim submitted.

You, as an approved Organisation, will be supplied with the benefit documents, copies should be made available to the employee you are insuring.
